FAQ'S

Q: What type of chocolate do you use?
A: The chocolate that we use in all our fountains is the finest Luxury Belgian Chocolate.

Q: Can I have dips that are not on your dipping menu?
A
: If you have a dip in mind that you would like to try, we will do our utmost to provide it. However, we do ask that only foods provided by charlies chocolate fountains are used in the fountain.

Q: Will there be anyone present during the hire period?
A: Yes. We will always ensure that at least one member of our staff present at all times to assist your guests, replenish the food and make sure the fountain runs smoothly. Most venues will not allow a fountain to be left unattended.

Q: What if my guest numbers and times change before the function date?
A: Not a problem - if your numbers increase or decrease then we can amend the price accordingly at any time.

Q: Our function is in a Marquee - is this a problem?
A: We can providied many fountains in Marquees. All that we ask is that there is the correct power supply and that the fountain is not open to the elements. The slightest wind breeze will affect the flow of the chocolate and will have to be stopped.

Q: Can you run a fountain outside?
A: yes.

Q: How do I book?
A: Simply give us a call or an email and we can either send or email you our booking forms. Return them within seven days with a £50 deposit and this will secure your booking date. The remaining balance is not due until 14 days prior to your function.
